In
the tigers two conference wins over LaMonte and Northwest
last week, Snyder (2-1, 1 save) had an outstanding week on
the mound. He earned the save against LaMonte by
striking out all three batters he faced. Against
Northwest, he pitched seven strong innings, allowing only 2
earned runs on 4 hits, while striking out 13 and walking
only 1. At the plate he was a combined 3 for 7, with
one run scored. For the season he has 35 strikeouts
and 5 walks in 19 innings pitched with a 2.95 ERA.
